What speed will I actually get?

That depends on the coverage in your area. With good 5G coverage, you can typically expect 200–900 Mbps download speed, with latency of 15–30 ms. On 4G+, the same device usually delivers between 60 and 200 Mbps.

Does it work if only 4G is available where I live?

Yes. All models are backward compatible with 4G/LTE and use carrier aggregation to make the most of available coverage. If 5G arrives later, the router is already ready for it.

Can I connect external antennas?

Most CPEs and all industrial models have connectors for external antennas (SMA or TS-9). That's the most effective way to boost signal in rural areas.

What warranty do the devices have?

Two years of statutory warranty across the whole European Union, which we handle ourselves. If the device develops a fault, we manage the process with the manufacturer.

Where do you deliver and with which carrier?

We ship across the whole European Union with FedEx and UPS, always with tracking. Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days and delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. We do not ship outside the EU.
